We use strictly necessary cookies that make the website work. In addition, we use cookies from Google and LinkedIn to measure the performance of our advertising, but only with your consent.

The first time you visit, you can choose whether advertising cookies may be used. No advertising or marketing cookies are set until you consent, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

To understand overall traffic we use Vercel Web Analytics. It collects anonymous, aggregated statistics without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

If you have used the booking pages on a device, we store a small marker in the browser so your visits to the website are left out of the statistics. The marker is never sent anywhere.

If you accept, we use Google Ads (with Google Consent Mode v2) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the performance of our advertising and conversions. If you do not consent, these services are not loaded at all and no advertising or marketing cookies are stored.

When you write to us via the contact form, we send your message to our email so we can reply. The information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not kept longer than necessary.

Tenants in the building can book meeting rooms and phone booths on this website. For that we process the name, email and company of the people a tenant gives access, along with their bookings: room, time and an optional title. The purpose is to offer booking of the building's shared facilities and to keep track of their use. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in administering the leases (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You log in with a one-time code that we email to you. Once you are logged in, we set a strictly necessary cookie that keeps you logged in, and for security we store the IP address and browser type of your active sessions. The booking pages use no advertising or statistics cookies.

If the tenant removes your access, your login is deleted straight away. When a lease ends, the logins of the tenant's people are deleted 30 days after access is closed.

Your bookings are kept under your name so the tenant can see its history, but after 12 months the name and title are removed automatically. What remains is only the room, the time and the company, which we use for statistics on how the building's facilities are used. The data is stored with our data processors for hosting, database and email delivery.
